Plain terms for a one-time purchase.

The agreement
These terms are between you and the independent developer who makes Glancefold ("we"), and cover the Glancefold app, the licence you buy for it and this website. By installing the app or buying a licence you accept them.
The licence
A licence is a one-time purchase and does not expire. It lets you install and use Glancefold on up to three Macs at once. You can deactivate a Mac yourself from the app at any time and use the freed seat on another. The licence is for you, or for one person in your organisation, and cannot be resold or shared. You may not remove or work around the licence check, or redistribute the app.
Price and payment
The price shown on the site is the price you pay, plus any tax your country applies. Payment is taken by Dodo Payments, which sells Glancefold as our reseller, under its own terms. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
Free trial and refunds
Glancefold is free to use for 7 days from the first time you open it on a Mac. The trial asks for no account and no payment. It is offered once per Mac, and reinstalling the app does not start it again. After the trial the app needs a licence key to keep working.
Because the trial is how you decide, a purchase is not refunded. We refund a charge that was a mistake, such as a double charge, and any refund the law where you live requires. Write to support@glancefold.com from the email address on the order. A refund ends the licence.
Updates and support
Updates are included for as long as Glancefold is developed. That means every update we ship, not a promise that development continues indefinitely or that any particular feature will be added or kept. Support is by email, at the address above.
Apple and third parties
Glancefold is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. Parts of it depend on interfaces in macOS that Apple could change or remove in a future release without an alternative. If that happens we will adapt the app where we can, but we cannot guarantee that every feature keeps working on every future version of macOS.
No warranty, limited liability
Glancefold is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it is error-free or fit for a particular purpose, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the app or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you and that you cannot sign away.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms. A change that reduces what your licence covers will not apply to licences already bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
